When you find a team that executes at this level, you have to call it out publicly. We specifically sourced Shine because my wife did the research and required a specific, high-standard material (Admira Fusion) for our dental work. Not only did they meet that standard, but their operational service is completely unmatched. We made a scheduling error and showed up at 2:00 PM today instead of our actual appointment two weeks from now. Instead of turning us away, Sarah and the team audited their schedule, moved things around, and accommodated us on the spot. This wasn't a simple 10-minute cleaning either—they flawlessly executed two cavities and four sealants. Absolute 5-star Fiduciary-level service. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful first experience at this dental office. My 3yo was shy and a little nervous throughout her appointment, but every team member from the front desk staff to the hygienist and dentist was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. A special thank you to Autumn, who did an outstanding job helping my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks to the team’s gentle approach, we made it through the appointment without any tears and completed most of the visit’s tasks—including X-rays! We’re very grateful for such a positive dental experience.

Sarah is the absolute BEST! My daughter needed a lot of dental work, and she did an incredible job. She was kind, patient, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. I had tried a dentist closer to home for convenience, and they recommended a lot of additional work that my daughter didn’t actually need. That experience made me realize just how honest and trustworthy she is. She is genuine, & finding a dentist you can truly trust is rare, so thankful we found her! Worth the 45 min drive!!

My daughter who’s almost 7 has been coming here for two years. I absolutely love the service, hospitality and ambiance of this office. My son who’s 2.5 recently had his first visit. He’s very timid and doesn’t like things in his mouth or loud sudden noises. I appreciated that his visit was done in a private room to which they made him so comfortable. I hope to never have to switch dentist offices.

Love Dr. Severson! So grateful we found this dental office. Great, non-judgmental place even for more natural-minded parents. And she was absolutely amazing with my 4 year old! Made him feel so comfortable and heard. She gave us multiple treatment plan options and answered a hundred questions about everything. They contacted our insurance for us to see if they would cover certain treatments. Everything was easy peasy! She took her time with us and most importantly, did not make us feel like a burden like most offices do. We drive 45 minutes one-way to get to the office and it is soo worth it. I feel so comfortable and confident with them treating my child’s issues. My son can’t wait to go back! His favorite part was the TV on the ceiling. 😂🥰 Thank you Dr. Severson!
